These guidelines define the required quality standards for all job advertisements published via the Flowxtra platform. They aim to ensure all job ads are inclusive, legally compliant, accurate, and respectful. They also apply to all advertisements promoted via external channels such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube.
By using the Flowxtra platform, you agree to comply with these rules.

Job advertisements must not include or imply any discriminatory content or preferences based on race, color, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
The following are prohibited:

Job advertisements must provide complete and clear information, including:
Accurate job title and role description
Type of employment (e.g. full-time, part-time, freelance)
Location (remote, hybrid, onsite)

Unpaid internships, volunteer opportunities, or commission-only roles must be clearly labeled. Misleading candidates about compensation, benefits, or job responsibilities is strictly prohibited.
The following practices are not permitted on Flowxtra:

Reposting identical job ads more than once within 30 days
Including links that redirect candidates to other platforms without approval

Requiring candidates to pay fees to apply or access job opportunities
Job advertisements must reflect the actual location of the role. Do not list incorrect or multiple locations to broaden visibility unless the role is genuinely remote or multi-location.
Excessive reposting is discouraged. Only significantly updated ads may be reposted before the 30-day interval.
